I definitely have a preference with regards to my own head, but on other heads?
The two extra light bits are the wrong length settings. Also, the room is white.I have actually thought about the hair lyric thing. A quick google query shows that Taylor Swift, Nelly, and Bon Jovi have all enjoyed this particular tactile experience. I too have enjoyed manhandled the hair of other people. So, from my personal sensory experience, I conclude that running fingers through anyone's hair may or may not be a pleasurable experience, based on cleanliness of hair and general texture (e.g. whether it falls out when fingers run through it, whether it tangles easily, as both leave behind the residue of GUILT after running fingers through it). Length is rather irrelevant (beyond the first couple inches) because it doesn't take a lot of volume to knot one's fingers into it in order to get a grip or whatever. And fingers are a crappy comb. Truly.
When hair is too short to get a grip of or to even thread fingers through (that's pretty short) then there's a buzz cut. I like to rub the buzzed part of my head when I'm bored, which is often. It feels awesome. Also you can stick a tennis racket on someone's buzzed head and that looks totally awesome too. Rubbing someone else's buzzed head... not quite as much fun, but one definitely comes away from the experience having done absolutely no harm at all.
Well, it's not as if I'm expecting anyone to run their fingers through my remaining runnable hair anytime soon. My conclusion of the hair-running issue is that hair-running or equivalent on any length of hair is pretty good.
Regrettably I do not know where bald people fit into this issue. It must suck somewhat to have no hair.
