- I went to Justin's coworker holiday potluck on Friday. Lin had a really excellent avocado, cucumber, tomato, and pomegranate salad. Runner ups: Julie's mini cheesecakes, Justin's roast duck, Saide's chicken and rice. 
- Put some AR mini and Echinodorus Reni into the aquarium. All fish still alive (including the two babies) though I saw some of the ember tetras choking on Fluval Bug Bites again. The marsilea crenata is not doing well. I'm considering replacing it with staurogyne repens cuttings, which are doing extremely well.
